A letter from my insurance company:
"Dear Jason Spooner:We recently sent you a letter regarding your prescription medications. It has come to our attention that we mistakenly addressed that letter to 'The Parent or Legal Guardian of Jason Spooner:' when this letter should have been addressed to you directly. We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have created."Thanks for clearing that up. My mom will be so relieved.
